The duration depends on the size of the property and its condition. On average, it can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. Larger homes or those that require extensive cleaning may take longer.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the cost of your clean

It’s not typically necessary for you to be present during the entire cleaning process, though you may need to be there at the beginning to provide access to the property. Some clients prefer to return at the end of the cleaning to inspect the work.

To get the most out of the service, it’s helpful to:

• Ideally, the home should be empty and in between either your move out or your move in and the prior residents
• Remove all personal belongings and trash
• Ensure the cleaners have access to water and electricity

We understand circumstances can change, so a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your booking will result in a full refund of your payment.
